IT consulting and software development for Saudi enterprises.

Skylance IT is a Saudi IT consulting and software development company serving clients across the Kingdom. We assess how a business actually runs before we recommend anything. Where configuring what you already own beats a new build, we say so. Where software is the answer, we design, build and deploy it, with documentation complete enough to make us replaceable.

The group behind us · Saudi Arabia

Founded in 2025, backed by a Saudi engineering group.

Skylance IT is the technology division of Skylance Technical Services Company, an engineering and industrial services group based in Jeddah.

The group serves marine, industrial and commercial clients across the Kingdom. We bring its way of working into software: written scope, inspected progress and documented handover.

Local context. Clear responsibilities. Software your team can take ownership of.

About Skylance IT
IT consulting & software development

Five practices, from IT strategy to the systems it calls for.

For enterprises across Saudi Arabia, we give leadership a costed, sequenced IT roadmap, automate manual work and reporting, implement and integrate ERP and CRM, build custom web platforms and internal systems, and develop mobile apps for iOS and Android. Each practice has its own scope, milestones and handover.

Systems we work with

Integration with the systems you already run.

We connect new software to the ERP, CRM, finance and legacy systems a business already runs on, and to ZATCA’s Fatoora platform for Phase 2 e-invoicing. We are not tied to any one platform, and we say plainly when configuring what you own beats building something new, even where that reduces our own scope.

Product names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners, shown to identify the systems we work with. Their inclusion does not imply partnership, endorsement, or certification.

Engineering across Saudi industry.A new front in software.

Our fluency in Saudi industries, from ports and energy to hospitality, construction and giga-project supply chains, comes from the group behind Skylance IT. The group builds for Saudi ports, power plants and marinas: mechanical and electrical packages, marine loading arms, quay walls and pontoons. In 2025 it established Skylance IT, which shares its premises, finance, HR and procurement, and draws on introductions through the group’s client network. So a discovery workshop with us does not start from zero.

How a project runs.

Every software project we run has six phases, from discovery to support. Each one ends with a document you sign, and the next isn’t funded until you have. Every second week you see the software working in your own environment, not a slide about it. You can stop at any gate and leave with a handover.

  1. Discover

Two weeks with the people who run the process. Ends when the scope, estimate and success measures are signed.

  2. Design

Requirements, architecture, data model and a clickable prototype. Ends when the specification and architecture document are signed.

  3. Build

Two-week sprints, each shown working in your environment. Ends when the demo is accepted and the backlog re-agreed.

  4. Test

Integration, regression, performance and security testing, then your users run acceptance. Ends when it is signed off and any open defects are agreed.

  5. Deploy

Cutover plan, data migration with reconciliation, training and a rehearsed rollback. Ends with the go-live acceptance certificate.

  6. Run

Ninety days of warranty, then support under an agreed service level. Ends when the handover pack is accepted and the source escrow is lodged.

A roadmap you keep, whoever builds it.

The first engagement is a paid, two-week discovery. We sit with the people who run the process, go through your systems and data, and write up what we find: a discovery report, an outline of requirements, a costed and sequenced roadmap, and a fixed price for the first phase. All of it is yours to keep, whether or not you continue with us.

Discuss your project

Where the habit comes from.

On those jobs the scope is written down, progress is inspected and handover is documented, under HSE and QA regimes. We build software the same way, and we hand over the drawings.
