Committing to a multi-year platform on the strength of a proposal is a bad way to buy software from anyone, and a worse way to buy it from a young firm. So we offer a bounded first engagement that produces something useful whether or not you continue with us.
Two-week paid discovery
Over two weeks, Skylance IT holds discovery workshops with the people who run the process, audits your systems and data, and writes an assessment of what is actually costing you time. Before you sign, you deal with the technical lead and the business analyst who would run the work, not a sales representative. A mutual NDA is signed before discovery starts.
You receive: a discovery report, a scoped requirements outline, a costed and sequenced roadmap, and a fixed price for phase one. All of it yours to keep, act on, or hand to another vendor. If you continue with us, each phase that follows closes on a gate you sign.
